🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • At least 1 year of Customer Care experience
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or social media is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable manipulating data
  • Hands-on, fast-moving, eager to learn
  • Ability to coordinate projects across teams and show impact
