Junior HVAC Estimator

📋 Description

• Manage front-end estimating workflow for HVAC projects.
• Support bid intake, document organization, takeoffs, and proposals with senior estimators.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for ductwork, equipment, piping.
• Review drawings/specs to understand scope; assist with vendor pricing.
• Assemble proposals, coordinate revisions, submit bids.
• Track bids and ensure handoff to operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Required: 0–2 years in construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or estimating
• Required: Strong organizational and time management skills
• Required: Ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Required: Ability or willingness to read construction drawings
• Preferred: Exposure to HVAC or mechanical systems
• Preferred: Experience with Bluebeam, PlanHub, Procore
• Preferred: Experience with takeoff or estimating software
