  • Provide timely tech support via ticketing, email, Slack, and walk-ins.
  • Troubleshoot Google Workspace, Okta, MacOS, and MDM issues.
  • Configure new employee devices (hardware setup and software install).
  • Set up and support meeting room AV equipment.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, user manuals, and configs.
  • Deliver user training on Google Workspace and MacOS.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Logical problem-solving mindset and curiosity for troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with MacOS and Google Workspace; comfortable navigating them.
  • IT support or customer service experience desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Will be a Plus: Jamf/MDM, Jira Service Management/Assets, scripting (Python/Bash).
