• Build new React UI and migrate screens to React.

• Build a consistent UI and maintain a shared design system.
• Use AI tools to move faster, while reviewing what ships.
• Work with senior engineers to break work down and ship iteratively.
• Improve front-end developer experience with tooling, testing, and workflows.

• You've built something in React (personal projects, study, internships, or commercial experience).
• Curiosity and a strong learning mindset; you enjoy feedback and want to get better fast.
• A bias toward action: shipping, iterating, and finishing what you start.
• Clear communication: explain what you’re doing, blockers, and needs.
• Care for the craft: readable code, small pull requests, quality.
