Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule
Develop operational processes and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to drive alignment and execution
Contribute to marketing brainstorms with an on-the-ground perspective
Manage multiple productions and scale Fever Original IPs

🎯 Requirements

1+ years of experience in the event production industry
Fluent in English and Spanish
Theater/Stage Management experience is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills and relationship-building
Understanding of technical production requirements
