  • Fluent in English and German
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • At least 1 year experience in a Customer Care role
  • E-commerce and/or social media experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills; able to manipulate data
  • Hands-on, fast learner with teamwork mindset
