📋 Description

• Draft, review, and support contract negotiations using templates.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Communicate with external stakeholders in customer matters.
• Support customer-related legal/operational issues; escalate complex matters.
• Support contract administration; maintain templates and playbooks.
• Conduct legal research; prepare summaries and memoranda.
• Assist governance, regulatory, and industry-specific compliance initiatives.
• Provide flexible support to the legal team.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school; licensed in at least one US state.
• 1–2 years post-law school legal experience (transactional focus preferred).
• Experience with standard commercial agreements in transactional/business environments.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Clear, concise communication; able to collaborate across functions.
• Able to handle multiple tasks under supervision; strong prioritization.
• Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced startup.
• Growth mindset; openness to feedback.
