📋 Description

• Source and identify qualified candidates using recruiting tools and platforms.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and complete reference checks.
• Present and communicate offers to selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent aligned with key industry skill sets.
• Develop relationships with candidates and guide their next career move, partnering with internal leadership to understand client needs.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities and leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Communications, Psychology, Business preferred).
• 0 - 2 years of direct recruiting experience.
• Team-player, strong work ethic, no task is too small mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Quick learner who enjoys acquiring knowledge in new subject areas.
