📋 Description

  • Source and identify qualified candidates via recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and reference checks.
  • Present and communicate offers to selected candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with industry skills.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to align recruiting with processes and systems.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities and leads.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Communications, Psychology, Business preferred).
  • 0 - 2 years of direct recruiting experience.
  • Team-player with strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Interest in Commercial Real Estate; prior Real Estate experience a plus.
