- Perform outgoing webchats per client guidelines.
- Respond to inquiries using approved FAQ docs.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to manager or Nurse Navigator.
- Display etiquette in phone/chat using approved FAQ docs.
- Complete compliance training within the specified timeframe.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Active LPN licensure required.
- Available to work 20 hours per week, evenings until 8pm EST.
- Must reside in one of the listed states.
- 1+ year call center experience in life sciences/healthcare.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong computer skills.
