🎯 Requirements
- BS/BA in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; 2+ yrs exp.
- Experience with public agencies preferred; willingness to learn.
- Exterior renovations experience preferred.
- Familiar with construction scheduling software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with project teams.
