π― Requirements
- Early in your compliance career (up to 3 years' experience)
- Strong academic candidate (numerate or legal degree)
- Exposure to compliance or controls in retail financial services
- Working knowledge of FCA Handbook requirements
- Practical understanding of Consumer Duty and good customer outcomes
- Strong judgement and risk assessment skills
