Serve as the first contact for internal reporting and data requests; deliver outputs on time
Build and maintain reporting in Sigma for reliable dashboards and views
Create ad hoc reports and summaries to answer business questions
Partner with cross-functional leaders to define metrics and data definitions
Support process improvements for reporting, including templates and docs
Combine and reconcile datasets; map external data sources to internal reporting

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business analytics, economics, statistics, or related field (or equivalent)
0–2 years of relevant experience
Advanced Excel with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning (required)
Experience with Sigma/Tableau/PowerBI (Sigma is a plus)
SQL is preferred; ability to work with queries or willingness to learn
Python familiarity is a plus
