  • Collaborate with IT and Client Services to gather and document system enhancement requests.

🎯 Requirements

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and Sigma is a plus.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
