📋 Description

• Design web pages, social assets, decks, and campaigns from brief to ship.
• Use AI image and video tools as part of daily practice.
• Maintain and extend our brand system across surfaces.
• Support events: booths, signage, wayfinding, swag.
• Take feedback well and give it back when something feels off.
• Bring ideas. Junior doesn't mean quiet.

🎯 Requirements

• Formal design training or strong self-taught portfolio.
• 1–2 years design experience.
• Portfolio with range: typography, layout, art direction.
• Fluent in Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Fluent with AI image/video tools: Midjourney, Runway, Nano Banana, ComfyUI.
• Curiosity about AI and growth mindset.
