Advise on and monitor the FEC Compliance Framework
Advise on and oversee AML/KYC processes
Coordinate AML Training globally and provide input
Provide input to AML risk assessments for customers, products, and industries
Contribute to product approvals by challenging practices and driving improvements
Engage with stakeholders to design and implement AML Framework enhancements

🎯 Requirements

2+ years AML/FEC risk/compliance experience
Knowledge of AML/CFT laws and regulations; track AML trends
Good stakeholder management, independent thinking and problem solving
Ability to adapt to a very dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
Experience in the financial sector is a must. Payments experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills, excellent verbal and written English
