Assist in preparing journal entries and basic reconciliations.
Support month-end close with data gathering and organization.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and policies.
Record acquisitions, transfers, and disposals of fixed assets under supervision.
Process expense reports and invoices.
Collaborate with team to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress).
0–2 years accounting/finance experience (internships/part-time a plus).
Basic knowledge of US GAAP and general accounting principles.
Familiarity with accounting software; S4HANA and Concur a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; willing to learn and adapt.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
