- Manage a portfolio of 100-120 partners, supporting performance and growth
- Lead onboarding for new partners (~20% of role) including in-person meetings, training, and go-live support over 6 weeks
- Ensure smooth setup of new venues โ menu optimization, system setup, operational readiness
- Drive ongoing growth through menu optimization, campaigns, and promotional tools (e.g. Wolt+)
- Use data to identify opportunities and support day-to-day commercial conversations with partners
๐ฏ Requirements
- Experience in the restaurant industry; restaurant/cafe management is a plus
- 0-2 years in account management, customer success, or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building with a customer-facing mindset
- Sales-oriented with ability to identify growth opportunities
- Comfortable with data and numbers; Hebrew fluency with good English
