  • Own the full sales cycle for inbound trial users.
  • Contact and email trial customers to understand their needs.
  • Conduct tailored product demos to illustrate Pipedrive solutions.
  • Track interactions in our internal Pipedrive system and follow up.
  • Support trial users through decisions and overcome objections.
  • Collaborate with sales and CS to optimize lead distribution across France and other EMEA markets.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1 year full-cycle AE experience or 2+ years SDR
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales processes
  • Excellent communication, active listening and relationship-building
  • Strong organization and precise follow-ups
  • Ability to navigate challenges with a customer-first approach
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
