📋 Description

• Drive sales performance and revenue growth for JuneShine Brands.
• Be the data engine turning sales and distributor data into insights.
• Track performance, analyze pricing, promotions, and trade spend.
• Strengthen reporting and analytics for smarter decisions across markets and SKUs.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to inform planning without owning forecasts.
• Communicate data-driven insights to cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 21 years of age or older at the time of application
• 2+ years experience in the alcohol beverage industry
• 4 years experience in sales analytics, business analytics, revenue operations, or related analytical experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace including pivot tables, lookups and complex formulas
• Experience working with large datasets and building analytical models or reports
• Hands-on experience with industry data and analytics tools, such as VIP, IRI, Nielsen, CRM systems, or comparable platforms
• Understanding of beverage distribution models and wholesaler networks
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional partners
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commercially minded approach with an understanding of how analytics support revenue growth

• Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 per year; final offer based on experience/location
