🎯 Requirements
- 21+ years old
- 5–8+ years in regulatory/government affairs in hemp or CPG
- Deep knowledge of state hemp beverage regulations, including market access and packaging
- Proven experience engaging with regulators, policymakers, or industry groups
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance
- Experience partnering with executive leadership on strategy
- Experience leading or mentoring regulatory professionals
- Willing to travel to key markets (CA, TX, DC) as needed
