📋 Description

• Lead JumpCloud's globally distributed product management team and oversee the strategic direction, development, and lifecycle of our products and platform services.
• Build and scale a cross-functional product organization with engineering, product marketing, and other partners.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Define product roadmaps, identify market opportunities, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer needs.
• Foster a customer-centric culture with user feedback guiding development and go-to-market plans.
• Manage a diverse set of teams and technology in an advanced SaaS platform to deliver customer outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong execution with a proven track record of successfully launching complex software products.
• Global leadership experience scaling and managing globally distributed product management teams.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) technologies, trends, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
