📋 Description

  • Manage Renewal Deal Operations in Revenue Operations
  • Assist with deal structuring, quoting and pricing
  • Manage special terms, auditing deals, and exception approvals
  • Collaborate with Billing and Account Management
  • Track and execute renewals across all geos
  • Assist with territory planning, data hygiene and reporting
  • Assist with customer retention with Account Management/Services
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Billing, Ops, and Legal for non-standard deal approvals
  • Participate in pipeline reviews and forecast calls
  • Communicate with Account Managers and Sales Management
  • Approve/Reject/Escalate pricing proposals with analysis
  • Provide strategic insights by surfacing expansion opportunities and risk

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in deal desk, legal, contract management, or sales operations in SaaS
  • Strong Salesforce optimization and governance skills
  • Strong understanding of subscription pricing and services fees
  • Strong knowledge of revenue recognition concepts
  • Financial modeling, analysis, and program management skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication; comfortable presenting pricing to executives
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and approval workflows
  • Primary orchestration point for deal construction and governance
  • Deep understanding of pricing models and strategies
  • Decision making and strategic pricing planning
  • Critical thinking and change management
  • Ability to prioritize and manage high-volume workload
  • Collaborates across Sales, Finance, Accounting, Billing, Ops, Legal
