Support schedules, budget, and progress under senior PMs.
Oversee components of larger projects to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate resources with project teams.
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups.
Estimate and track velocity, costs; develop resource plans; assess risks.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years PM experience in digital agency or consulting.
Bachelor’s degree or cert in tech/design/PM/business.
Agile/Scrum certs or experience preferred.
Quick learner in a technically focused environment.
Coordinate multiple project aspects in fast-paced setting.
Strong English communication across levels.
Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills.
