• Design digital solutions addressing user needs and business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Product Design (UX/UI) for complex B2B/web apps.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end feature delivery.
• Figma mastery: Auto Layout, Variables, Components.
• Entrepreneurial problem solver; able to handle ambiguity.
• Strong English communication; explain trade-offs to engineers/PMs.
• Autonomous and accountable; proactive feedback.
• Interest in Fintech, trading, or energy sectors.
• Detail-oriented with high UI polish under deadlines.
