  • Ask questions to determine issue and guide customers through solutions
  • Provide troubleshooting for computer systems, hardware, software, access
  • Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and escalate unresolved queries
  • Record, document, and close issues properly
  • Deliver excellent customer service and exceed expectations

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of Help Desk experience
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience working at a IT/Software company preferred
  • DoD experience and/or Veteran is a plus
  • Must be U.S. Citizen
