Jr Finance Business Partner

📋 Description

• Build FP&A foundation by supporting multiple business areas.
• Rotate across Commercial Finance domains to learn budgeting, forecasting.
• Develop financial modelling (cost, FTE, KPI tracking) and business cases.
• Own budget and forecast for a domain; drive performance and cost control.
• Provide data-driven insights; enable board and leadership reporting.
• Work with senior stakeholders; grow into a full FP&A partner.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar.
• 0–3 years FP&A, controlling, consulting, data/analytics or similar roles.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; comfortable with large datasets.
• Python/SQL experience or strong interest to develop.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and translate data into insights.
