Break-fix electro-mechanical systems (HVAC, Hydronics, appliances).
Inspect and repair spill/leak detection systems.
Maintain hydronic rack cooling; PM HVAC/hydronic systems (pumps, strainers, cooling towers).
Clean In Place on heat exchangers; chiller tube inspections/cleaning.
Operate site equipment; forklift maintenance; power tools.
Document issues and support equipment status logs.

🎯 Requirements

Formal vocational school training; completed trade apprenticeship.
7+ years of progressively responsible mechanical experience.
Valid driver's license.
Experience diagnosing/repairing gasoline, diesel, battery, and electric equipment.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs; able to work nights/weekends.
Strong communication and teamwork; safety-focused.
