📋 Description

  • Outreach, educate, and connect clients to shelter and housing services.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or public health, or 2+ years case management.
  • Experience in de-escalation and motivational interviewing.
  • Street-based outreach experience in urban settings.
  • Ability to read, write, and document case notes.
  • CA driver’s license or ability to obtain within 60 days; auto insurance and clean DMV.
  • CA Peer-to-Peer certification or ability to obtain within 60 days; CHW certification preferred.
