🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years paid search & paid social (Google Ads, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta).
- 3+ years in a client-facing role—present to senior marketing leaders.
- Strong background in conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Segment).
- Proven track record developing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns.
- Strategic creativity: ideate, troubleshoot, and adapt quickly.
- Detail orientation + big-picture vision.
- Excellent communication: educate clients and spar with CMOs.
- Experience training or mentoring teammates on paid media.
