📋 Description

  • Own strategy & execution for key accounts across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta, and Capterra.
  • Lead client relationships: calls, insights, trusted advisor.
  • Drive results: create, optimize, and scale conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Innovate & test campaigns across audiences, messaging, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Mentor & lead: train junior team members, run knowledge shares.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years paid search & paid social (Google Ads, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta).
  • 3+ years in a client-facing role—present to senior marketing leaders.
  • Strong background in conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Segment).
  • Proven track record developing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns.
  • Strategic creativity: ideate, troubleshoot, and adapt quickly.
  • Detail orientation + big-picture vision.
  • Excellent communication: educate clients and spar with CMOs.
  • Experience training or mentoring teammates on paid media.
