Product Marketing Analyst

We’re looking for an AI-savvy Product Marketing & Growth Analyst to supercharge how we launch, grow, and communicate our AI product verticals. This role sits at the intersection of Growth, GTM, Product Marketing, and Communications, shaping how Job&Talent brings its AI-powered workforce products to life, from positioning and storytelling to performance and scale, all measured by how fast we grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

You’ll be hands-on and execution-driven — supporting product launches, preparing client pitches, contributing to tenders, producing videos, analyzing dad data, and developing marketing plans. One thing is clear: you’ll be expected to leverage AI tools at every step to move faster and deliver smarter
