Finance Systems & Transformation Director to

elevate and future-proof our global finance operations.

This role focuses on driving efficiency, centralization, and AI-enabled automation across markets, transforming fragmented local processes into a best-in-class, efficient, intelligent, and data-driven finance operating model. You will define and execute the roadmap for transformation, ensuring finance teams work smarter, with fewer manual processes, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and insight-driven decision-making.

What you’ll be doing

Lead the AI transformation across the Finance function, defining the vision, roadmap, and execution plan to build an intelligent, automated, and insight-driven finance organization

Shape the evolution of our global finance operating model, aligning technology, processes, and organizational design to build a scalable, data-driven foundation for sustainable growth.

Redefine how finance operates globally, transitioning from locally fragmented workflows to centralized, HQ-led processes that enhance speed, consistency, and control

Drive the integration and evolution of core finance platforms, creating a scalable, AI-powered ecosystem that connects data, processes, and performance in real time

Embed AI, automation, and advanced analytics into everyday operations to minimize manual work, enhance accuracy, and empower faster, insight-led decision-making

Steer PMI initiatives, harmonizing processes, systems, and data models across entities to create one unified financial backbone

Ensure end-to-end data integrity and interoperability between finance, commercial, and operational systems, establishing a single, trusted source of truth for leadership

Continuously optimize system architecture, vendor strategy, and process design to drive efficiency, scalability, and long-term return on investment

Who we’re looking for

A finance systems and transformation leader with 10+ years of experience spanning finance operations, systems implementation, and process optimization, ideally within multinational and high-growth tech environments

Background in finance systems consulting or transformation (e.g., at Accenture, Tata, Cognizant, or similar) or experience leading ERP and data integration projects within a fast-scaling organization

Deep expertise in finance technology ecosystems, including ERP, EPM, payroll, invoicing, and treasury solutions. Proven track record in integrating and optimizing these systems across multiple markets and business units to drive automation, data accuracy, and scalability

Strong grasp of finance processes and how to streamline them through automation and digital tools, combined with a deep understanding of AI technologies and agent creation, leveraging machine learning and intelligent workflows to transform finance operations and enable faster, insight-driven decision-making

Experience leading cross-market standardization or centralization initiatives, balancing HQ control with local business needs

Exposure to AI, RPA, or analytics-driven automation, with a pragmatic approach to adoption and implementation

A strategic, analytical, and outcome-oriented leader who moves fluidly between system design and operational detail, aligning technology, process, and people to drive measurable impact

A credible business partner who communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, from engineers to finance leaders to C-suite

A builder and optimizer, motivated by scaling what works, simplifying what doesn’t, and creating the systems foundation for future growth

Excellent communicator with full professional fluency in English (C1 or above)
