📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and training for individuals with IDD.
• Help clients explore, seek, obtain, and maintain employment.
• Educate employers on benefits of hiring people with disabilities.
• Advocate for inclusive workplaces and reasonable accommodations.
• Make a positive impact on the community.

🎯 Requirements

• One year experience with IDD.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Ability to travel to client workplaces.
• ACRE Certification or CESP preferred.
