Lead project coordination with consultants through all design phases to deliver docs
Provide Revit support for project documents
Prepare design and construction documents
Assist PM/Architect with construction services (site visits)
Perform project code searches and analysis
Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and staff

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in Architecture
Retail projects experience strongly preferred
Arch degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Revit skills
Knowledge of building codes
Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
