- Lead project coordination with consultants and internal teams through all design phases.
- Provide Revit support for project document preparation.
- Prepare design and construction documents.
- Assist PM/Architect with construction services (site visits, shop drawings).
- Perform project code searches and analysis.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and Ware Malcomb employees.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Architecture.
- Experience with retail projects strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Revit skills.
- Knowledge of building codes.
- Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.
