  • Own the end-to-end customer journey, driving adoption and value.
  • Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Solutions Eng, Support, Training) to build and execute Success Plans.
  • Act as trusted technical advisor with product and roadmap expertise.
  • Engage senior decision-makers; develop customer champions.
  • Lead business reviews to show ROI and renewals.
  • Leverage CRM and case tools (SFDC, JIRA) to track outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience incl. crisis/priority management.
  • BS in CS/Engineering + 4+ years in enterprise CS/TA.
  • Experience supporting international enterprise customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication.
  • 2+ years Java or other language; Docker/Kubernetes a plus.
