As a Senior HRBP at JFrog you will…
  • Design and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals, fostering employee engagement and strengthening our culture
  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders at all levels, from team leads to VPs, providing expert HR guidance and support
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights, coaching, and guidance
  • Contribute to cross HR projects, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table
  • Support the development and implementation of HR processes, policies, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and experience
  • Take hands-on ownership and execute employee lifecycle processes
  • Work closely with Global HR functions, such as, Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits, and more
To be a Senior HRBP at JFrog you need…
  • 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment in similar organizations in a global company
  • Proven track record of building strategic initiatives and plans to support business goals
  • Strong track record of partnership with senior leaders
  • Analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach
  • Multi-tasking skills, high resilience, and agility – ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and stressful environment
  • Positivity & can-do attitude, creative, versatile, and capable
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills, across levels, with an ability to persuade and influence, and the ability to build enthusiasm and commitment
  • Ability to implement AI within the role
