📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll process and timelines with stakeholders.
• Ensure salary data accuracy from inputs to net pay and GL reconciliations.
• Implement new payroll laws and statutory requirements.
• Act as the main payroll focal point for employees and management.
• Manage payroll inputs for new hires and terminations.
• Oversee year-end Income Tax proof process.

🎯 Requirements

• B-Com/M-Com/MBA-Finance with 5+ years of payroll experience.
• GreytHR and NetSuite knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken skills.
• High accuracy with strong analytical skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Equity compensation reporting experience is an added advantage.
