  • Renew customer subscriptions in assigned territory; notify, discuss changes, provide quotes.
  • Manage cadence for renewal forecasts and projections.
  • Drive renewals with Strategic Sales to preserve and improve contracts.
  • Own renewal process with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time renewals.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities at renewal to grow accounts.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and develop mitigation plans.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales, Customer Success or related field.
  • Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Quota carrying experience with SaaS retention/growth targets.
  • Proven pipeline management and closing large enterprise SaaS renewals.
  • Excellent time/process management with ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
