📋 Description

  • Develop customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty
  • Identify and close new upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Own renewals; analyze usage metrics to evaluate adoption
  • Contact customers throughout lifecycle before renewal to discuss metrics
  • Partner with Finance and Legal on renewal contracts for high renewal rates
  • Maintain long-term account health and drive renewal success

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business/Finance/Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of software subscription sales experience
  • Revenue quota-carrying experience with large enterprise customers
  • Experience managing full sales cycle from lead to deal closure
  • Experience with Salesforce and advanced Microsoft Excel

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary between $125,000 and $150,000
