Order Tracking: Manage end-to-end order timelines from confirmation to delivery
Exception Handling: Manage remakes, repairs, and order modifications
Systems & Data: Maintain real-time updates and visibility across trackers
Process Improvement: Identify gaps and implement scalable process improvements

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of operations experience in fast-paced environments
Strong Excel/Google Sheets; build trackers, formulas, reports
Highly data-driven; analyze operational data to identify patterns
Strong numerical aptitude; calculate quotations, margins, metrics
Proven hands-on coordination in operations or supply chain
Experience in jewellery/diamonds or luxury goods preferred
Excellent communication; highly organized with multiple priorities
