📋 Description

  • Drive net-new logo growth by selling ALEX and ALEX Home to mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Manage a field-based territory and pursue opportunities with C-suite buyers.
  • Partner with brokers and consultants to embed Jellyvision into GTM strategies.
  • Execute strategic prospecting to expand the pipeline and reach targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years outside/field sales experience in SaaS or B2B enterprise.
  • Experience selling Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement, or HR Tech.
  • Salesforce experience for activity and pipeline management.
  • Proven success selling to organizations with 500+ employees (mid-market).
  • Proven ability to establish and grow partnerships with brokers, carriers, and consultants.
  • Experience selling to the C-Suite directly and via channel partners.

🎁 Benefits

  • Starting salary: $90,000 - $120,000
  • Commission eligible; remote-friendly; remote work in multiple states.
