🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years outside/field sales experience in SaaS or B2B enterprise.
- Experience selling Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement, or HR Tech.
- Salesforce experience for activity and pipeline management.
- Proven success selling to organizations with 500+ employees (mid-market).
- Proven ability to establish and grow partnerships with brokers, carriers, and consultants.
- Experience selling to the C-Suite directly and via channel partners.
🎁 Benefits
- Starting salary: $90,000 - $120,000
- Commission eligible; remote-friendly; remote work in multiple states.
