Jeff is a financial technology startup that addresses this issue. We build financial product comparison marketplaces that help consumers and financial service providers connect and increase odds of cooperation through digital footprint-enabled data science and machine learning models.

Join our team as Performance Marketing Manager, driving paid media growth with significant budgets on Google, TikTok, Meta and other channels across our markets.
You will: Manage and scale our accounts across Google, Meta, TikTokBe in charge of 6 figure monthly budgetsDynamically sync on priorities with the regional manager & marketing lead, incorporating agreed-upon action planBe on a constant lookout for new growth opportunities - both within existing channels (e.g. placements, strategies), as well as potential new growth avenuesClosely cooperate with Data and Lifecycle and Content marketing stakeholders, ensuring synchronization between all involved functionsParticipate in private sessions and events (offline & online) with Google, TikTok, Meta teams to exchange feedback, obtain insights, as well as gain exclusive knowledge about latest capabilitiesOwn the full spectrum of nuances, from account and bidding strategies, to placement and campaign type testsEnjoy the benefit of experimenting with everything the BigTech ad platforms offer, thanks to significant budgets at play You have: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with media buying / performance marketingExcellent English. Knowledge of Spanish/Vietnamese/Tagalog/Hindu is a plusExperience with Mobile App advertising and analytics is a strong assetDemonstrated ability of being a self-starter that thrives in dynamic, cross-market environmentExtreme level of ownershipExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalIdeally past experience with managing multiple countries / brands / accounts What's in it for you?
