As we enter the next phase in our growth journey,we are looking foran Office & People Operations Specialist.You will be in charge of making Jeff HQ office have thatmagic touchfeeling & ensure team members can gladly call Jeff their second home.

You will:

  • Take care of all things our HQ office in Riga, starting from basics like supplies and order, ending with those magical touches to make our premises feel special in all sorts of good ways
  • Ensure employees are provided with all necessary equipment and tools to do the best possible work
  • Play an important role in all things employee onboarding
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing employee contracts and agreements, and ensuring accurate documentation across HR and office-related processes
  • Take an active role related to all things team building events - both offline and online, as we are a distributed team
  • Assist with all things related to employee business trips - both going abroad, as well as non-local people visiting our Riga HQ
  • Propose ideas and initiatives to improve overall employee experience and team environment
  • If interested, partake in tasks and items related to recruitment
  • You have:

  • Excellent level of Latvian and English, both written and spoken
  • Readiness to work full time from the office
  • Natural ability to be highly organized and structured
  • High sense of responsibility and outstanding planning capabilities
  • Ability to strike a conversation with just about anyone
  • Readiness to work in a lowkey chaotic environment (we are a startup after all) & tame the chaos from time to time, where appropriate
