As we enter the next phase in our journey,
we are looking for an Affiliate Manager.You'll foster our relationships with our affiliate network - you’ll drive success for us and our partners, and will collaborate on cross-functional efforts to maximize lead volumes and ROI.

You will be responsible for:Develop, manage, and optimize our affiliate marketing program to align with our strategic goals and support long-term growth in our markets in LatAm, like Colombia, Mexico and others. Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates. Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize affiliate performance.
Set up and manage postback URLs, tracking pixels, and other necessary tracking mechanisms. Use Affise and Tableau to track and analyze affiliate performance. Generate regular performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate marketing efforts with the overall marketing strategy. Develop promotional strategies and marketing campaigns to increase affiliate engagement and performance. Stay tuned with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure aligned marketing efforts. Negotiate affiliate agreements, commission structures, and promotional deals.
The requirements:To avoid misunderstandings, the first 3 months is the period when we truly find out if it is a match - both in terms of values, as well as competences.
