📋 Description

• Manage accounting operations for LATAM entities and ensure compliance.
• Close monthly and annual accounts; estimate provisions per policies.
• Implement new accounting processes; scale flows across Atlantic.
• Develop internal controls; assist audits; LATAM compliance contact.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects like Navision ERP and tool optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA/Contador Público; Colombia/Mexico licensure preferred.
• 2–3 years Big Four; 1+ year as Accounting Manager/Supervisor.
• LATAM accounting audits; knowledge of local regs.
• Fluent English; Spanish native/bilingual.
• Excel; Navision/Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP.
