Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot
Develop and manage event-driven systems using Apache Kafka
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and testing
Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks; collaborate with QA, DevOps, and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

6–8 years of hands-on Java development
Strong Spring Boot and Microservices experience
Kafka (producers, consumers, event streaming)
RESTful APIs and distributed systems
Agile/Scrum environments
Docker and Kubernetes experience
