Develop, enhance, and maintain Java utilities and services for operational workflows
Execute .NET to Java utility conversions and refactoring for maintainability
Support platform modernization, including updates to event/logging pipelines (Splunk to Kafka)
Govern utility components and improve documentation for operational readiness
Partner with configuration, development, and release teams to align utilities with platform
Support release execution by triaging issues and ensuring deployment readiness

🎯 Requirements

3–6+ years of hands-on Java development experience building services
Experience modernizing legacy systems and refactoring apps (.NET to Java)
Experience with event streaming or logging pipelines (Kafka, Splunk)
Strong troubleshooting and debugging using logs and verification
Experience in release-driven environments and deployments
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (dev, QA, release)
