About the Role

As a Senior Software Developer, you’ll play a key role in developing, optimizing, and modernizing our public-facing web properties. Your contributions will extend from our main Jane website to supporting promotional and content-driven experiences vital to our community. Partnering with design, marketing, and content teams, you’ll ensure our web presence is beautiful, accessible, and performant while driving the evolution of our internal Content Management System (CMS) and contributing to our Design System.

You will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly, engaging, and SEO-focused web experiences

• Build, extend, and maintain our CMS to empower marketing and content teams for faster, self-directed updates

• Write dependable, high-quality code, participating in peer reviews and sharing constructive feedback

• Engage in A/B testing and web optimization strategies to connect better with our healthcare community

• Play a key role in production deployments, cross-team initiatives, and continuous improvement practices

• Help foster a culture of mentorship and learning by sharing your expertise

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field, with approximately 5+ years of related experience (Master’s or PhD with less industry experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience without a degree will also be considered)

• Proven experience across the software development stack, with a passion for crafting excellent digital experiences

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-growing environment
