ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Data & Business Analyst to help Jampp strengthen and scale our relationships with key partners (MMPs and traffic sources). This role will focus on building the data foundations that allow us to evaluate partner performance, compare sources consistently, and identify actionable insights that drive better decisions.

You will work closely with the Partnerships Manager, acting as a key counterpart and strategic support, combining analytical depth with business understanding. While the Manager focuses on partner relationships and commercial discussions, you will provide the data-driven perspective that informs those conversations and guides decision-making.

The role will also have a strategic component, collaborating with the Growth team to translate insights into actionable strategies that improve campaign performance and investment efficiency.

Jampp is a remote-first company. For this position, you can work remotely from anywhere in Argentina.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track performance across all sources and MMPs.
  • Define and evolve the set of core metrics used to evaluate partners consistently (ROI, fraud, quality, scale, etc.).
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in source performance, proactively suggesting actions to improve results.
  • Work hand in hand with the Partnerships Manager, providing analytical support to enhance commercial strategies and negotiations.
  • Anticipate risks and opportunities in negotiations, helping prioritize partners, identify efficiency improvements (e.g., AWS), and support rebate strategies.
  • Partner with the Growth team to translate insights into strategic recommendations that impact campaign outcomes.
  • Act as the go-to person for data-driven insights within the Partnerships team, bridging between data analysis and business strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Growth, Product, Revenue Ops, Finance) to ensure data alignment, metric definitions, and reporting consistency.

 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • Graduated or currently studying Business or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills: able to work with datasets, build dashboards, and derive insights.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and SQL.
  • Strong business acumen: ability to translate numbers into actionable recommendations.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in programmatic advertising, digital marketing, or ad tech is a big plus
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus.
